Either beforehand or during the project, we are always available to discuss the progress, materials and methods employed in the construction of your home.

Our ‘Project Management System’ is structured to complete high quality projects on time and within budget. Our professionalism, precision and performance guarantee your complete satisfaction. Regular project management review meetings are conducted to ensure orderly progression of the projects. Clients are provided secure online access to view progress reports and project schedules which are updated after each review meeting.
- Planning and Applications
Preliminary building approvals and siting relaxations can only be approved by council and must be in place before building approval is granted. We can advise you on Planning Applications, Building Guidelines and associated policies. We are there to assist with all aspects of the planning and approval process.
- Interior Design and Colour Consultation
Your interior design must be in response to and coordinated with the building design in the conceptual stages, taking into consideration the physical location and use of internal areas. For those interested in using a designer or architect to draft the plans and hand over to the builder we have produced many homes in this fashion, working closely with the owners and where necessary consultants to achieve some amazing results.

Considering all aspects of usability, functionality and design, we work closely with you to bring your ideas to life within the budget allocated, priding ourselves on not only the quality of our designs but on your absolute satisfaction.
Where possible we would encourage clients to engage Novak Constructions at the conception stage, to allow consultation with designers, architects, engineers and suppliers, to ensure the best finish and construction methods are used on your project, which will put the project on the right path to success. This will allow budgeting throughout the design process to ensure your dream becomes a reality. We can also listen to you and recommend the best designers to fit your ideas and style of home. I believe that the owner has the ultimate decision and it is the job of those around them to bring their ideas to life, not to be dictated to.
